Private AREL Science High School, which was founded in the 2002–2003 academic year, aims to educate students who are interested in science and mathematics as individuals with strong scientific thinking skills, effective use of technology, and an analytical perspective. Students of AREL Science High School graduate equipped to evaluate theoretical knowledge from multiple perspectives, with interests in scientific, social, and cultural fields, and with the capacity to contribute to the development of our country.

At our school, scientific facts are approached from different perspectives, and science programs place great emphasis on laboratory work and hands-on applications. Throughout their education, each student is required to participate in at least one project in mathematics or science. Project and seminar studies are carried out individually or in groups, under teacher supervision, aligned with students’ interests and abilities. In addition, our students are encouraged and supported to participate in Science Olympiads and TÜBİTAK Project Competitions.

AREL Science High School students attend their classes in technologically advanced electronic classrooms and have fast and effective access to information through internet-supported learning environments. The intensive academic program is balanced with social, cultural, artistic, and sports activities. Club and extracurricular activities support students’ holistic development while also helping them gain a sense of social responsibility.

By closely following current developments in education, all planning is done carefully to ensure that our students achieve their academic goals. The curriculum from 9th to 12th grade is strengthened with preparation programs for TYT and AYT university entrance exams.
In our school, where great importance is given to foreign language education, English is offered through an intensive program, and students’ language skills are developed through level-appropriate practices. Additionally, starting from the 9th grade, students are offered a second foreign language: German or Spanish.

The academic and counselling processes required for students who aim to study at universities abroad are carried out meticulously at our school. Within the scope of preparation for international universities, the AP (Advanced Placement) program is implemented, allowing students to take university-level courses in their areas of interest and gain internationally recognized academic qualifications. Furthermore, professional guidance services are provided for overseas university applications, portfolio preparation, exam planning, and career counselling.
